French Salted Caramel by Fantaizicake

Our famous caramel is hand made following the traditional French recipe using a special sea salt from Britanny : "Sel De Guérande".

Natural, rich and tasty, our caramel has the perfect balance between sweetness and saltyness.

Our 200ml jars are currently available in some fine food shops and hamper companies around Perth and Melbourne, and will be soon sold online.

You also can message us to order them at producer price!

We also make our famous caramel in cute little jars that are available in bulk . They perfectly fit as wedding favours, thank you gifts, bonbonniere or even corporate gifts.

They can be customized with a label to include the date of your wedding, a message, or the logo of your company!

We create, design, bake  and decorate cakes for all kind of events : birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate events...


3D cake is our specialty but we can do everything from the simple cupcakes or rustic cakes to novelty cakes.
 

Our cakes are not simply stunings. They are also really tasty and made from scratch with the best quality ingredients.

Who are we?

Our story

Sarah, Cake Decorator / Artisan Caramel Maker / Business Owner​

​

Born in Nancy (France) in 1987, she arrived in Australia in 2014 to travel.
After visiting most parts of this continent island, she chose to settle down in Perth and enjoy Western Australia’s vibes and lifestyle.

It was the opportunity to go back to her true passions: cooking & creating.

​

She opened a home business in 2016. Fantaizicake was born which allowed her to be Cake Decorator.

Since then, she has made a lot of cakes for the pleasure of her customers, and found her niche : 3D cakes.

​

When she first started baking in Australia, she was looking for the best ingredients. After trying most of the caramel brands available in Western Australia she couldn't find THE ONE to suit her taste. She then started to make her own following the French traditional recipe.

As she received a lot of good reviews about her caramel filling, she made dreams come true by making it in jars so everybody can now make the most of it.
